No idea how this happened, but its really off putting and impractical.... The cursor when I use the crop tool used to be a standard pointer, now its changed into something looking like three hands side by side! Needless to say its not good, when you move the cursor outside the crop are it changes again to what looks like Japanese writing.
I have looked in every field I can think of to alter this but with no success, anyone any idea what this could be and the fix?
