Photoshop - Skewing Image But Isn't Live?

I'm trying to straighten part of an image using PS Elements and Transform - Skew. But it isn't live, so I can't see the image move and have to guess when it's moved to the right point? Had a look in preferences, couldn't find anything....

Any help? Thanks...
