Photoshop retouching portraits - good tutorials?

Does anyone know where I can find a fair few good tutorials for retouching portraits in Photoshop? I've just started experimenting and want to develop a few techniques so anything I can use to motivate me to practice is all good.

Not 100% sure this will help but do a web search , I have seen a lot of photoshop forums ,with lots of tutorials hope this helps
