Photoshop help

Ok here the problem
Adobe cs5 and 6 for some reason when I try to create a panoramic image of more than two images it open the image with say the first two images correctly lined up but the third image is on the page but it bellow the others.
Cannot understand why this is happening as I have. To changed anything.
The images are prosesed from raw to the largest size can remember exact size as on iPad once I get to PCM ill post a screen shot as this may help..

Any one have any idea why

I'm no expert, but that sounds like a pretty good explanation.

I'd agree with that. If you look at the lower image and the top right, the clouds are actually quite different. It almost looks like they were shot a minute or 2 apart.

I'd have to agree with Mark G. here, the third picture seems to have been taken later. You might have to try and stitch them together manually.

There are some control points there, but as others have said the images look to have been taken some time apart and the clouds have moved position and colour.

If you are going to try stitching manually, use PTGUI which has a manual override for the control points and then warps the images together after that.
