Photoshop help required.

I've only recently got a hold of a copy of elements 5, and to be honest I find it all a bit confusing just now! It's gonna take me a bit of time to master it! I was wondering if anyone fancied helping me out with this picture?

I'm looking to clone out all the people, except the two closest, and do something to add more detail to the sky. If anyone wants to have a go at it, I'd be most grateful.

The picture wasn't taken in RAW, so it's only the Jpeg format.

Just did it for you but Windows ****ing Vista wont let me save the file, so will try it after I make changes to this Vista.

a very quick play, but with full size version it would be easier to try and increase sky detail without losing as much of the misty look in the distance

5 min play... gives you an idea of what you can achieve. Cropping down really loses the detail and enhances the noise.
As said earlier the full size image is what you really need

Pauls suggested crop may work quite well, putting the remaining people on the 'third' line, but I will lwave that to you to decide
