Photoshop Elements 11

Downloaded the trial version of Elements 11 last night to have a little play with it and to see if it has the "content aware" functionality of PS5/6.

Can't seem to locate it anywhere, am I not looking hard enough or have I got to spend the big bucks on the full-blown Photoshop packages to get content aware functions?

Select the spot healing tool (press J) and select Content Aware type from the box at the foot of the screen.
