Is it out yet? If not, when is the date? I'm waiting to hear from Adobe about my upgrade.

The 30 day trial version is not yet available. You can get the upgrade and full version if you want from usual suppliers. I've been told there are some issues with it, so I'm not rushing. I'll sticj with 3 for the time being
