I subscribed Mon-Tues last week with the offer of the free rucksack, anyone have any idea how long does it take for the subscription to come through???
 
It was about a month before my free gift (Arctic Butterfly) came through.
 
not photoplus, but other subscriptions you should allow 28 days for delivery, it should say in the mag :)
 
I subscribed over a month ago and called to ask where my bag was and was told it could take up to 6 weeks!!
 
got the other day and i subscribed on the 21st August
 
guess it's just a waiting game then!:|
 
I subscribed and got my bag 2 weeks later although it wasn't the bag advertised. I got a flipside 200 instead of a fastpack 200 as they had run out.
 
Wont most of you guys get the monopod now ? due to them changing it last month.

I subscribed when the bag was on offer so I want the bag, I need a new one:(
 
When I subscribed to Digital Camera magazine, I never got the 'free gift', I think that was a bag. It appears that the gift only applies to the first so many that subscribe :'(

Me to. I need new/bigger bag and that's the only reason I took out the subscription tbh - it's more a bag with a few free magazines kind of a deal for me, or it should be if I ever get the thing. :lol:

Some progress has been made though. They've taken my money via DD over the last couple of days. All I need now is something in return. :rules:

I'm gonna leave it for another week or so and if the bag hasn't arrived by then then I'm gong to cancel it, get my money back under the DD guarantee and then write them a snooty letter. :D
 
after 28 working days contacted them again and they are reordering to send again so another 6 weeks wait to see what I get ...BUT ... seems like it wont be the bag!! made it very clear that they would be offering something of equal value ...
 
I am still waiting on my bag... subscribed Aug 2nd.. I only subscribed to get the bag... another item is of no interest to me (unless its a nice lens) ;)

I rang them yesterday and they said they will call back... still waiting for that.!!!
They did tell me that it is 28 WORKING days. Bit odd but I've now been waiting 30+ working days.

I wait in anticipation............
 
never offered to call me back :-(

just wait another 6 weeks and see what you get ....
 
Mine arrived.....

got a flipside 200 instead of fastpack but hey...at least I got something!:D
