I've been looking at these aftermarket grips as well.

On eBay I've not seen a bad review about them. I'm tempted just to get one and try it. They're not that expensive if it turns out to be rubbish then, it's not too much to write off.

Although on the other hand, if it does turn out to be rubbish, you've then just added £29 onto the price of the real deal!

Hopefully somebody's had some experience and can shed some light on them!

I can't say I have any experience with this particular brand, but I have bought 3rd party grips for all my bodies, a 550D, 60D, 7D, 5D2 and a 5D3 (still waiting for this one) and all have worked flawlessly. The 550D grip is around 15 months old so far and still going strong and the most expensive grip I've bought so far was £59.95 for the 5D2 and I've saved myself enough to buy a 70-200f4 L and 85 f1.8 by buying 3rd party instead of Canon originals.

I'd stick with Meike ones. Not really much more expensive, and a proven quality product.
