Photomatix pro

Hi

Can anyone help?

I haven't used photomatix on my computer for ages and ages.

I've just opened it up, pulled two images in and the images are red

I've tried it on other images too, all red

Any suggestions?

I had this with photomatix a while back. I bought it as it stated on the box it could handle RAW, it turned out it couldn't handle Canon RAw from the 500D so I returned it as not fit for purpose. PC World did refund in full but they wanted to see the lappy to check it had been completely removed.

Thanks, I've had it well over a year. I can't understand it, I've used it loads of times in the past with raw files from two different cameras. As I say, I haven't used it since the back end of last year, so I'm thinking maybe a bug has got into the system.

Are there any updates outstanding for it ?
