Photomatix CS5 plugin worth having?

I'm planning on getting photomatix and was wondering if there is any point in getting the version that includes the CS5 plugin or would the standalone version on its own suffice?

Hi Neil,
I have the standalone Photomatrix4 and its pretty good.

And, you can always reopen the image in CS5 later to make adjustments.

Depends if there is a lot of price difference between the versions?

It's only an extra $20 so neither here nor there.
