Just thought i'd pop a quick review in, I know they help.

Very old backup 30D got broked-ed. I filled out a claim with Photoguard and shortly after they arranged to collect the camera. A week or so later I get a call stating that the camera would cost more to fix than to replace, and would I like a replacement instead. Of course I say yes please. They say that they can offer the 60D and I only have to pay £70 to cover the excess of insurance. Totally fine. 3 days later I get the camera!

Throughout it all I had calls and emails to keep me posted. Overall it couldn't have been over 2-3 weeks for the whole process.

Very happy! Always worry insurance companies will try and get out of paying/replacing etc, but it was a very stress-free claim & rather happy with the 60D as my now back up!

Definitely recommended :)
 
Theres a lot of people ask for insurance reccomendations but yours is only the second story I have ever read of anyone claiming. So thanks for that... and you cant beat a happy story with a happy ending :)

Can you tell me what "Very old backup 30D got broked-ed." means.. I know it broke.. but did you drop it or ???
