I am looking for a good storage website to upload some of my pictures to, is Flickr one of the better ones to use or is there something better out there.

Sites like Flickr are a good place for displaying photos and for hosting them to display on forums.

Cloud services such as Amazon, Google Drive and Hubic are good places for storing photographs.

It depends what you want to do.

Thank you Alastair, it a bit of both really.

For storage (including raw files) I use Amazon Glacier - currently 368Gb of storage, costs around 2 USD per month, dirt cheap, and a good off site backup (it's automatically uploaded daily from local NAS which is the on-site backup).

For sharing / showing, Flickr.

Plenty of options out there - but for the raw file uploads, it can take a while for the first backup :-)

Has anyone been using 500px as I have heard this is not bad and unlimited storage for less than a couple of dollars a month.

It's a "posh" version of Flickr.. with added Russian porn.

I believe there's an 'adult content' switch that you can use to just make it a posh version of Flickr. ;)

So Flickr is the best one then?

Google drive or microsoft onedrive for storage, flickr for showing pictures.
