Well I'm back from the TP Convention and what fun it was.

The theme for week 40 was pulled as

RESHOOT

and following the RESHOOT rules a 2nd theme was also selected as

WATER

and the best thing is that as I didn't pull the theme you can't blame me :lol: and it's entirely up to Bruja if she wants to let you know who pulled the themes ;) :naughty:

Does that mean the theme is water? Or does that mean the theme is Reshoot and we have to use water as the subject?
 
I think it means that the theme for this week is water, and that you can reshoot a previous theme from an earlier week.

Its a chance to improve on a shot that you've already taken, go back and try to make it better :)

Can I be sneaky, Simon and ask if I can 'stall' my reshoot until Novemeber time:cuckoo::lol: - I have a perfect idea for a Reshoot for Fresh Start - but unfortunatley can't do anything about it til Nov :nono::lol: :coat:

It's your 52, you can do whatever you like :)

For those that haven't seen a RESHOOT week before - the RESHOOT cards were added to help those that wanted a break from having to think about a new theme every week and also to help those that want to see how they are progressing by taking a 2nd go at something incorporating all the things you've learned since then and all the comments received about that image.

You have 3 options this week

1) RESHOOT a theme from one you've already done
2) Shoot the theme of WATER
3) do BOTH options 1 and 2

P.S. You don't need to wait for a RESHOOT week to go back and have another go at one of the previous themes.
 
Hmmm. There's a few things I've been wanting to have a bash at ... They even fit the theme.

I must admit, when I pulled out the theme I thought 'thank goodness for that! I'm not going to lose all my friends on TP :lol:'

Having said that, with being away I haven't done Passion yet, although if they'd told me they had JD upstairs whilst I was snuggled up in bed (knackered) you might have got a slightly different take on the theme cos the next morning it was obvious water hadn't played a part :'( :suspect:
 
Haha, gawd - I just posted on the wrong 52 thread - really need to get my brain into gear!
 
This is my first posting, at the time i took this pic I only had a Fuji s5800 but I think this came out ok

I took this pic a while ago, I was waiting for the boat back to town after climbing Catbells. Note how high the water level was some of the jettys were under water
