If I took a photo and stamped it with my name logo etc. could the photo be altered in any way disguising or taking off my stamp and resold?

am printed stamp could be retouched quite easily in a number of software available...


i doubt they could go much if you paper pressed a logo into the image though....

The photo is legally yours as soon as you press the shutter. You dont need anything on it to say so.

If someone wants it that badly, they will nick it regardless of what logos or names or stamps you put on it
