Photo quality query

I just uploaded a JPEG image from my D60 which is set on NORMAL but it's only 2.2mb, would you set yours on FINE, my card will hold 262 photo's on FINE....so that's fine
The camera is 10.2mp so i should be trying to get as best image as i can from it ?

If your not shooting in Raw then yeah, set it to fine, they're about 5mb out the D90

Yes, that's the best advice you could give yourself.

Even if you're going to be cropping the images down to a size that's more suitable for displaying on the web, and losing a good two-thirds of the pixels in the process, it's always advisable to be working from the best quality originals that you can.
