Photo paper question

I am now doing a B&W film course at college and will be doing our own printing (done the developing part - cool when I did my first roll), but I have a question about photo paper. I can get a 25 pack (Ilford Multigrade IV RC Deluxe Paper) from a local camera shop for £12.99 or a 100 pack for £24.99. So the later option is the cheapest per sheet.
But how do you store and use the paper?

Is each sheet wrapped induvidually or once you open the pack have you got to use them all or within a certain time or can use store for use later etc

The paper will keep just fine for ages. Inside the box is a thick lightproof bag that the sheets live in. They'll be quite safe unless you mix up a box with fresh paper with one that you're using to carry around finished prints in.

I've tried that with just about everything else but not print paper.

I think you should go for the 100 sheets, once you start in the darkroom 100 sheets ain't a lot

I used to use something like one of these when I did alot of printing
