Have downloaded the trial software and very impressed with what I've seen so far. Before deciding whether to buy a licence, just wondering if any fellow members are using this as their main RAW processor and if they have any comments as to how easy it is to use on a day to day basis. In particular I would be interested to read any first hand experience of getting to grips with the exposure adjustments and the inter-action between the "Illumination" and "Exposure offset" sliders. I am currently a long term Canon DPP user and having recently purchased a Sony Rx100, I am looking for a new RAW developer. Many thanks in advance.

Why not just get Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC for £8.99 a month. If you don't want that, just buy Lightroom 5 for £89 or whatever it is these days. Better support, loads of tutorials available free on the web etc.

Thanks David. I would like to have tried Lightroom but having downloaded trial software (and then failed to use it during the 30 day period!!), I understand that I am not able to repeat the exercise.

It's a pretty safe bet... you don't need to trial it, as there are so many videos and tutorials online you could effectively get to know it without even having it.
