Hi everyone,
Has anyone seen Robert silvers photo mosaics work?
If not the link is http://www.photomosaic.com/

Is there a way I can do this on elements or maybe a free program/software?

There are a couple of free programs. I think I used Andrea Mosaic to do this one.

The final result depends on a number of factors; how big it is, what size you choose to have the constituent images, and the range of images that you put in the mosaic repository for the program to use when making up the final result.
