No
just a thought ,i wonder how many other peeps have stopped buying photo mags over the last few years ,with the majority of them costing around £5 a month now . i know personally i used to buy 3 or 4 a month but rarely buy any at all these days ,also the content from one to the other seemed to be identical each month .
how do others feel about this

I subscribed to one years back (can't remember which one it was) because they were giving away a camera bag if you subscribed and a year's subscription was less than the bag could be bought for.

Did continue after the year as the "How to" DVDs that came with it were quite useful but I realised I could also find them online for free so I cancelled the subscription.

With forums like TP, sites like Cambridge in Colour and the plethora of help on YouTube I'm surprised people still buy magazines.

I used to to have a sub for N-Photo. Never renewed and they started to offer me it at a cheaper price. A few days ago they gave me a final "final offer". 12 issues for £36. I was tempted, but the silly damned website would not recognise my password even after following their prompts to change it. Stuff them. I'll just look at in the supermarket when I go shopping.

Not anymore, they just seem to repeat themselves after a while.

Used to buy mags when I started learning about photography - stopped buying after a year or two when all the articles started repeating!
[Edit] - Snap, Steve!

I used to buy one every now & then when I first got into digital photography but I haven't bought one for a long time. I find their content is pretty generic and repetitive and for me they tend to stimulate my spending and not my creativity.

Years ago (ie about 30+) I used to buy photo mags now and again and even then articles were repeated. The last time I bought one was probably about six years ago when I was buying my first digital camera and that was for the short reviews to get an idea of what was liked before using the Web for more in depth reviews. As mentioned above there is so much available online now.

Currently subscribe to AP but they now seem to be concentrating so much on PP stuff that I shall not be renewing my subscription. The other mainstream mags tend to be a bit repetitive - "B&W issue? Must be August" type of thing.

I remember reading Amateur Photographer in the library on a Saturday morning when I was growing up, but drifted away from magazines after that. Bought a few when I got my first digital camera to help me get the hang of it, and post processing, but only at the beginning. They're just too expensive, and all the info I could ever want is available online.

The only magazine I buy nowadays is a South African firearm/shooting publication which is still reasonably priced.

Cambs Libraries have AP and Digital Camera World to download for free, daresay other counties do the same.

Also have a market stall most Mondays that sells out of date magazines for a quid each or three for £2.50. good selection albeit random.

So no haven't bought a full price edition for at least two years, fiver is far too expensive for a magazine

I used to buy them, but there is far more useful information on Internet and you can search out exactly what you like. As others said, they do get repetitive and just too expensive to be worth it

I'm another one who accesses mags via the local library. I download them to the Zinio app on my tablet for free. AP weekly and Digital Camera World and Digital SLR Photography on a monthly basis.

Beats a hard copy.

Still subscribe to Outdoor Photography mag though. Excellent articles and images and a bit different from the "crowd".

I prefer TP :)

Subscribe to Readly where there are approx 18 different titles to choose from
