Photo books software for PC

A friend of mine and I put together photos of a friend's wedding in iphoto. Looked brilliant! I'd like to do something similar for my parents golden wedding - but I don't use a Mac and Apple don't seem to sell iphoto the way they do itunes, which is a pity. I know that there's a few photo books software packages for PC's out there, but can anyone recommend one?

Could we see an example (a screenshot at least) of what it should look like and how it it should work?
Does it have to be in flash?
