photo book with card thick pages

Amost all of the better quality photobook suppliers mount your photograph onto card then bind it into the book. Forget Blurb, Albelli, Photobox and the like as they only print onto paper at around 180-300 gsm (thickness)

Try Colorworld Imaging or Loxleys in the UK but be prepared to pay a premium.
 
Do you want to mount your own prints or do you just want a finished album back?
 
loxley or sim2000 or graphistudio. you do need to have a photographer account with them.
