Photo book suppliers for b&w

Does any one have any recommendations for a supplier of photo books which can handle pure b&w properly, no casts etc?

Most labs will provide icc profiles for you to soft proof but the wet labs will shift daily.
Loxley manual correct each image for this reason. You could try fine art albums which are ink jet printed.
The trouble with most labs is that colour and black and white are run down the same printer, for ultimate black and white images you want a machine dedicated to black and white.
From memory, I can only think of Illford who do this but unsure if they do albums.

I've had ilford prints before and they're grand but they don't do books which is a shame. I did consider getting them bound but I think that'll be a lot more work. I'll have a look at loxley though.
