For that price and brief I'd have a look at Blurb - I've heard good things about the quality and it has Lightroom integration as well so easy enough to design.
Also check out Adorama Pix. Great website that produces high quality books. And for anyone newer to making photo books, they have great articles to help guide you in the right direction, like this one:

I like Albelli. Good creation software and always a voucher code floating around on the net for a sizable discount too.
