Interesting theme this week, will have to get my thinking cap on.

I'll get round and catch up in the next few days.

Hi Simon - good to meet you today.

Can anyone explain how this 52 thing works then? Sorry for being thick. Might give it a go...

Hi Simon - good to meet you today.

Each week, for a year,a theme is drawn out of the bag, from a list of themes people suggested at the beginning of the year.

The idea is to take and post a photo each week of something that depicts the week's theme and people comment on it. This week it is "Isolation". Although we are some way through the year you can join in I'm sure. Its not a competition, just a way of getting us to expand our horizons a bit and , in my case, to learn some new stuff.

If you look through a few people's 52's you will get the idea. You just start a new thread for yourself with your first picture, then add to the thread each week.

Good luck if you decide to give it a go
Sue

Graham, Sue has summed it up nicely, join in and give it a bash. It's a real tough challenge at times, but worth sticking with... I for one am learning loads, as I did last year.

Make sure you notify daddy day care and get Andy to add you to list of names, once your thread is started.

Well.. I have my idea, now to work out how to transfer that from my head to a shot... The results will of course be crap and not match what I'm picturing but hey ho

I got a shot done today, it's nothing like what I was picturing... and it's pretty rubbish... at least for the theme... it barely even whispers the theme...

I know what I need to make it better..., but not sure I have what I need to make the bits I need...

Twas the backdrop and bits and pieces Jean... It's in my thread..
