What a loss, personally he was one of my 'favourite' photojournalists, he made some immeasurably important images and helped to shape the world's view of modern war. At 72 he was still exhibiting his work and was putting together a new collection of images from Cambodia when he died. Not bad for a Boots chemist from Wales.

Wales can produce gifted individuals Jayst 84 Griffiths was just one.But ,yes he has left quite a legacy in his brilliant work over the years.
