Any recommendations for personalised usb drives? looked at flashbay but got no reply so looking elsewhere :)

Been a while since I had a hundred 'personalised' for my business, was very expensive.

DSCL have gone into this area in s big way. I use them for a few things, always really good. Not tried this offering...

I had a good look myself, very much a niche product. The kind of 'wedding' follow up for the 'chosen few' perhaps?

I've had a one off from Dscl for a friends wedding that I shot . I had a rodeo personalised and a printed white flip box . They do look good but are pricey , you can pick these up cheaper on etsy from the supplier if you look. Mine was upgraded to 16gb as the 8 was out of stock .

How did you contact them? By email?

If you got no reply from them, I would suggest a follow up letter, I really meant old fashion postal letter, neatly typed.

If they are a proper business, they would have business ethics and professionalism to respond.

Don't forget that while email is fast and cheap (ie: no postage stamp), it can get hacked, deleted, send into junk folder by anti-spam software, missed (because the company gets something like hundreds of email from other customers and they didn't read all the incoming email in their Inbox), your own email services mistakenly thinks their reply to you is spam, so your own email services sends it into your own junk email folder.

You'll be surprised to find that sometimes it works. I often send email, wait, heard nothing, then chose to write a formal letter and post it, get a reply with some kind of "We checked our email, we did not get your email. We are sorry about this. How may we help you?" (They want to make up to you or fear losing another new would-be customer.)

They replied, to be honest they are really normally, i think the main was out of the office, anyway got a great price for the stick but rubbish presentation options!
