People using images without permission

Hi,

This is probably one of many threads posted about people using images without permission, but somebody on my Flick has pointed out that a site is using one of my images without permission (They were doing the same to them). I have emailed the site but had no reply. The image in question is the third one down (Side on shot). http://fr.autoblog.com/2010/08/17/jean-eric-vergne-premier-champion-francais-de-l-histoire-de-la/

They have actually copied the image from the site and uploaded it to their own server so its not like I can change the image. Do you have any idea on what I can do to have the image removed (Or even credited)? I would probably have let them use the image had they asked, but out of principle want to do something.

Anybody got any ideas?

If you want it to stop your best course of action is contact both the offending party and ther hosting providor.
