Peak imaging - positive experience

I have used these times and have always found the service good. This time they excelled themselves though. My order was dispatched and received at my office address. I wasn't going to be in the office so I asked them to forward it to home. It got lost somewhere between the office and home. I got I touch with peak to see if they still had the images and although they don't normally keep them and as they were swapping some machines around they managed to find them and are sending a new cd out.

Peak Imaging are fantastic. i often read here about people using other companies that take a couple of weeks(!!) to process and send back film. Peak always send them back the same day they get them, and the quality is always great. Had a roll of Portra developed from the Rolleiflex the other day with 8x8 prints and was very pleased with them.

I'd back this up too. I've used others too but keep coming back to Peak. I also like how they return negs in sleeves that can go straight into my filing system. Theirs is a service worth paying for.

Haven't used them for processing but for prints they are superb. The customer service is brilliant, and I don't think I would use anyone else.
