Peak District questions - mainly pub related!

Going to burn up to Stanage Edge tomorrow, and then hopefully Ladybower reservoir afterwards, but have a couple of questions for those of you more familiar with the Peaks than I.

Firstly (and most importantly!), where's my best bet for a decent pub lunch in or near Hathersage?

And secondly, where abouts on the reservoir are the overflows - and are they likely to be overflowing at the moment?!

Wrong bit of the Peak for me to be of any use, but I'll be interested to see results
