Peak Design Capture Clip V3

Thinking about getting a Peak Design Capture Clip V3 to put on my bag when I'm out doing a bit of wildlife photography with my R7 and 500mm f4 and my R6 with the Canon 100mm macro are they any good and safe for the R6 .
