Yes I have that same one, I got it to see the HD channels on Freeview and grab the odd clips direct to Hard Drive so I can put them on youtube.
It received all the channels on our house aerial, the included one is far too small but might work in some locations.
That didn't find any channels here.
The pic quality is quite good on HD but a bit scratchy on the other channels.
On HD things can be a bit laggy on my 4GB laptop, that may be down to the video card though, it is about 4 years old.
It works well on newer desktop with more RAM
