has anyone ever paid for something on paycardsafe , ihave never heard of it and just wondering if ifs safe ??? or just another scam like western union ??

A friend uses it for game credits or something. You go to one of those paypoint with the purple p things and buy a token with a serail number.
Western Union is not a scam, it's just the way it works lends itself to people who want to scam you. Using WU to transfer money between say family members is fine.
