I want to be able to add a password protected gallery to my website (if it can incorporate sales too then great)

I currently have a wordpress site but cant seem to find a plugin that does what i want.

Everything i've found seems to password to protect pages, but once the user has logged in, they can see any of the protected pages, so I cant separate client galleries.

Any suggestions would be great.

I have to say that I haven't tried it myself as I have no such needs...

But NextGen Gallery (which is pretty good and I do use) has a plugin User Access Manager that seems to suggest to be able to do what you want. Then if you combine that with its other plenty full shopping cart integration plugins it may do everything you want :)
 
Photocrati can do this but it is a theme not a plugin, don't know if that helps.
 
Have you tried the built in password protection:

I didnt even know i could do that! After a quick test it seems to do exactly what i need it to. So all i need to do is find a plugin for selling the photos online.

Just installed it and having a play around. Does it just sell downloads of the images or can I set it up to sell prints?

I'm not entirely sure as I've only heard good things about it not used it.

If it doesn't, maybe you could incorporate Gumroad into your site.

Just an 'Order' link underneath each photo which links to Gumroad.
