Got to say that looks like the smallest parking bay in the world...

Also, "if Coco goes back inside the store permanently the macaw will die because he is a sociable creature who enjoys being with people" It will die because the parrot will be lonely? doesnt say a lot of the number of customers the petshop must be getting.
 
The ideal solution would be for the owner to pay the fine and the council use the cash to repaint the parking slots to give the parrot space to sit.
 
Can't the stand be on the pavement Instead of the parking space?

We get parking tickets, don't see any reason why parrots should not get them, what makes parrots so special anyway :lol::lol::lol:
 
Absolutely rediculous.
It reminds me of something i read a while ago, a man that owned ducks/chickens (cant remember which) was being reported for his birds making too much noise, and both him and his duck/chicken was threatened with an asbo.
