Have bought from them a few times, only once did I have a problem (they sent me a third party grip which was advertised as OEM) but to be fair they refunded me immediately, told me to keep the grip and sent a gift voucher as a goodwill gesture.
 
I've bought a few items from them in the last 18 months. I've always found them to be excellent the items were as described and to my eyes better than stated. Ive only bought items described as excellent or as new. Delivery has been prompt and well packed.
No complaints from me they are the first place I look now for used gear.
 
I've bought a few items from Parks.
All was well until I bought my Mindshift bag and paid for next day delivery as we were going on holiday.
I got it sent to my, at then, 93 year old Mum's address as we would be out during the day.
They tried to deliver it at 23:30!!!
My poor Mum was terrified at someone ringing her doorbell at that time of night.

NB. In no way was this a Parks fault - more a courier's fault
Parks did refund the cost of next day delivery.
I would definitely buy from them again
 
Have bought from them 4 times all 4 times there was issues with delivery. All 4 times I didn't find them great resolving the problems.
 
Looks like the usual, a mixture of good and bad experiences. Luck of the draw.
Which courier tried to deliver at 23.30?
 
I’ve bought from them a few times, all without issue. I did pay for next day delivery on one item, but the courier took an extra day because of my postcode. Park refunded the postage costs. I’d have no problems buying from them again in the future.
 
Each order I have placed has been ordered 'no rush' but was delivered early. :)
 
Bought my Xpro2 used from them. Great service and it was basically as new. Would deal with again no issue.
 
They are as good a retailer as you will find.
Like any business sending 1000's of parcels a year a few deliveries will go wrong. Of course you can click and collect from either Burgess Hill or London store (Rathbone place just off Oxford st).
I bought a used camera, turned up next day, well packed and at a very fair price.
