What are peoples opinions on Park cameras? I don't see to be having any luck with retailers at the moment. I placed an order yesterday and thought it was going to arrive today, checked my bank and they haven't taken payment so spoke to them this afternoon and basically, they had forgotten to process my order which now cant be processed to Monday, if I wouldn't have chased this up then nothing would have happened, so told them not to bother, checked Amazon, £50 cheaper with guaranteed delivery by tomorrow.
I prefer to use main camera outlets like Wex, MPB and park cameras but recently the service hasn't been the best
 
I ordered a used Canon OEM grip off them just after Christmas and they sent me a third party grip (for a different Canon camera) in a Canon box ... they did however refund me, told me to keep the grip and give me a £20 voucher.

Recently I purchased a used OEM Sony grip ... they messed me around for nearly 2 weeks with me making numerous calls before admitting it had been sold to someone else before I had even bought it ..... this time I was lucky to get an apology.

Wow, that's a bit naughty selling a third party item in an original box, I have used them in the past and found them ok so that's why I went back to them but now I wouldn't bother again, luckily for me if I have the time I have wex in manchester or LCE too were I can just pop in and get what I need
 
I bought a 3LT L bracket from them just recently. Excellent quick service and communication in fairness to them.
 
I bought a used lens from them on Thursday around 3pm. Didn’t pay for next day delivery just the free standard delivery. Lens arrived the following day.
 
Just to add to the positive vibes, used them yesterday, immediate and fast response and very fair prices for a trade in.

I found the trade in price good, just a pity the customer service side let them down
