Yep excellent.

I got my 7D from them. Had a few problems with it. They sorted the problems out no problem. Responded to emails quickly and always someone there to answer the phone during office hours.

Park cameras have an open day today with a few of the major manufacturers showing their wares. Some special offers and discounts available. Only problem is it gets very busy.
 
Bought quite a few things from them. Absolutely reliable.
Only two criticisms.
Website is no guarantee they actually have the item in stock so phone to check.
They don't give out tracking numbers for mail order items.

Can't fault them. Bought a 5d mkII and my 7D off them, along with a bunch of lenses. Prices are good, customer service is excellent.
 
They were one of the few places that had demo Alpha 900's and plenty of boxed stock in store when I decided to buy mine, the sales guy was very knowledgeable too.

Wish I read that before I left, I could hardly get in the door it was so busy.
