Paparazzi sue blogger for photo copyright abuse

Let me see if I've got this right. Some paps, who have taken some pictures of celebs, in situations that they would probably not want publicized, and hence have probably not signed any form of release for, are ******ed off because someone else has ripped of these 'iffy' pictures and made some comments about them. Shame :shrug: :shrug:
 
The story below about a 12 yr old girl who eats rats is much more interesting!!!! :) :)

If the paps were on public property the photos can be used for editorial use. While it may not be the nicest thing to do they are within their right to do it.
 
The photographer has the rights to the image, no matter what the subject.
By reproducing the image and defacing it, he has broken copyright.

The company/photog has every right to take out a civil action against the infringer.
