Obviously given the extent of panic buying when the current threat is over and life has returned to some semblance of normality a lot of people will have a surplus of pasta, toilet rolls , hand sanitizer,tinned tomatoes and baked beans.
So
Finely chop an onion, saute with a garlic clove then add one tin of baked beans, half a tin of tomatoes,a teaspoon of mixed herbs cook for 10 mins
Add one shredded toilet roll to thicken ,stir and serve over pasta, optionally dress with a squirt of hand sanitizer to add a touch of piquancy .

I was talking to someone about this today, well more like yelling across the "yard"

We were discussing how many people these days can actually cook a meal, now all the fast food out lets are closed ?
You would think everyone, going on the shortage of basic ingredients.
But I'm betting they are still staring at the packed of long grain rice wondering wtf they do with it, now they have it?

First put two toilet rolls in the freezer

Let simmer two bars of soap while adding four sheets of toilet roll, once boiled throw in 5 heaps of sugar while stirring. Add some pasta and make sure you sprinkle pepper and grated toe nails then dish up and eat. Once finished grab the toilet rolls out of the freezer and get to the toilet quickly
