Tempted by this lens but wanted to see some real world options on it before commiting. Watch/read a few reviews but always taken them with a bit of a pinch of salt due to never being sure if they’re sponsored or not.

Has anyone got one yet? If so, lets see your photos.

I have it, I've not done much with it yet other than a few stag shots and a wee bit of landscape photography last week, so only processed one shot from it but looked at others. First impressions are really good though! Used on an S1iiE

Thanks for sharing. Great pics.

I’ve got a S5II. Were you shooting on auto ISO or manual? Difficult to tell from the forum pictures, But they don’t look very noisy given the high ISO in the second. Good to see that low light images still look good, which was my main concern with this lens.

Thanks Richard, I was just shooting in manual, the single stag at ISO10,000 was noisy but has only been denoised in Lightroom, I believe there are better noise reduction programs out there, but it's certainly acceptable even at full resolution, good enough for me as a landscaper anyhow :)

It's a lovely lens tbh, but until I've had a proper go of it in good light for wildlife (just starting out on that genre in all honesty) I'll not go over the top raving about it like I do my Lumix 70-300. Certainly no complaints so far though :)
