I think I have a recollection of seeing other threads about this subject......
I purchased a Panasonic G3 from Amazon (not a marketplace seller) during the last cashback promotion in December 2011. Claimed my cash back in the correct way and then got a letter saying I wasn't eligible for cash back as it wasn't UK stock.
2 letters to Panasonic, no reply!
4 emails to Amazon who were actually very helpful and said they would contact Panasonic for me, nothing.
So this week I wrote to Amazon saying that I was contacting trading standards and my credit card company and intended to seek my cashback funds and costs.
Within 24h Amazon had given me my money and rounded it up to £50.
+1 for Amazon and Panasonic can rot in hell!
