Hi all,

Anyone had any problems with this?

I ordered from them, it was delivered really quick but they send the wrong lens hood that I ordered. Instead of the 10-22mm lens hood they sent a massive 24-70 lens hood and after email them I can't get any reply from them.

I heard they were really good when it came to this,

Anyone know of any problems?

I had a similar issue with a uv filter but my email was answered and a new item was sent.

How long have you waited for a response?
 
Couple of days. I know it isn't long, and I am not in any rush, I just wondered how long they usually take and whether it was hit and miss if you get a reply. I've sent them one in the past about something, and got no reply.

Did you have to send the old item back?

Nope they said as it was their mistake i can keep it.

I can only suggest allowing the weekend to pass then maybe sending another email and follow up with a call to the phone number.
