Well I ordered a Z6iii with FTZ adapter along with a Nikor 180-600 Zoom lens on Sunday morning, website says We estimate most UK deliveries to take 5-10 business days

Sent me the tracking info on Monday morning and the stuff was delivered today (Wednesday)

I could not believe it when I looked at the DHL website for the tracking - Hong Kong to Leipzig in one day, Leipzig to East Midlands one day, East Midlands to Newcastle then onto me the next day.

3 working days, wow. :clap:
 
That's crazy, I thought I was doing well, a few weeks ago, when my Z6III took 6 days, theirs no doubt that Panamoz are outstanding for price, and customer service.

I know, 3 days from Hong Kong to my house, what is not to like......... and the price as well, saved over £800 if my maths are correct

When I was in Toronto late last year - ordered a Leica Phone 2 from Japan on the Monday; it was with me Wednesday afternoon. I was literally blown away. They have a terrific infrastructure

You have to hand it to Panamoz a lot of companies should take note on the way they treat customers. Personally I cannot fault them in any way whatsoever.

I ordered an R6ii with adapter ring from them. Their delivery says 10 business days, so two weeks. I was going to be away so, just in case the camera was delivered quickly, i asked if they could give me a little extra time for the "14 day return" period. They answered very quickly offering 30 days! Excellent service!

Delivery was extremely quick via UPS.

I would certainly buy from them again!
