Hi,
Any help in me in choosing between Corel Paintshop Pro X3 and Adobe photoshop elements 9.
I am now just getting back into photography and wanted an uptodated software package.
Elements is a very powerful bit of kit. If you shoot raw Adobe Camera Raw which comes with Elements is well worth it.
Also you just need to see all the posts in the forum mentioning Photoshop to see that Adobe are the main players in this game. See how many there are for paintshop pro.
Elements 9 is all that most amateur photographers are likely to need. If you decide that you want to be club champion togger then you can always get some plug-ins which will replicate CS5 at a fraction of the cost.
As I understand it PSP x3 has more features (don't use it myself though) but I suspect elements 9 is more widely used and probably has more tutorials around.
Have you used either before? if your already sort of used to one I'd stick with that.
