Padded bag dividers

For years now, I've been using a cheap canvas messenger bag with a padded insert for my daily carry. Works great.

I have a rucksack type bag which is mainly used to store accessories etc at home, which I'll empty out and use when I go for a "proper" session. The bag itself is great, the layout works well for me, but the only problem(s) is I've lost the spare dividers for it and I need them now that my kit has increased. Also the velcro on the dividers I do have is wearing out and not staying stuck so well.

Does anyone know where I can buy extra dividers? The few I can find online are ridiculously priced, like £15 for 2...

Failing that, I'll just have to buy a new bag I guess, but it's tough to find one with a layout that works for me. :(

Unfortunately not, thanks for the suggestion though. That's pretty much what I use in the messenger (I have a cheap amazon knockoff), but for the main bag I'm after the dividers as they're more customisable at short notice (I tend to change my kit depending on what I intend to shoot), plus they're less bulky, and easier to deal with in the field (no opening the main bag, then opening the inner insert).

I've got a few spare dividers from long gone bags, what sort of sizes do you need?
 
I had a load of them I sold off on e.bay for peanuts last month. . Might have a couple left

Cheers for the offers guys, I've dug out and raided some spares from my girlfriends bag for now. Having looked around at bags though, I'm feeling some GAS coming on... :LOL:

Still, crazy that you can't buy these anywhere!

look it up as "packaging foam" I'm sure you can find cheaper ones.
the one i bought is 38mm and thick, i actually had to cut it in half to reduce the thickness.
I have a cheap canvas bag and cut pieces to match my canvas bag. it actually works great, i tend to throw down that bag on hard surfaces. I'll post a picture later on
