over 10,000 png images to jpg help

here goes i have a supplier i use during my day job and he has given me a disc with over 10,000 images in png format which is no good to me

i need them to be in JPG format

any ideas how to format these quick as possible needs to be batch edit really

You could then make the action a droplet and drop a folder full onto it.

becuase when im listing them they wont upload png into both ebay and to our website
