outdoor w/proof motion detection video camera

my son has asked me to find an outdoor weatherproof motion detection video camera with high resolution and quality image capability.takes sd cards and longish battery life,so no wires and something that cannot easily be recognised as a camera and definatly has no visible lights showing.

anything you could recommend or suggest and links would be appreciated
