just popping in for a sec , i have been out of action for about 3 weeks due to shoulder surgery,, been picking the camera up a couple times and paying the penalty the next day but some things have to be done..... first time in studio for a moneth today. depending on results they may or may not be posted! lol
Doc and physio both say it could be 3 months or longer till im fighting fit again i dont think so!! lol

Follow the exercises and don't over do it- it'll take twice as long, i no from many of experiences under the knife!! Good luck with the studio shoot [emoji106]

Sorry to hear that Fiona, but I'd have thought there might be 1 or 2 on here who would jump at the chance to assist you? If I lived near you I'd certainly be happy to do the labouring in order to get experience of your type of photography, so don't be shy about asking for assistance!
