Was contemplating the meaning of life and what makes up our daily lives......... Love, emotion, family, work, politics, money, tax, religion and death...................any others that i have missed?

Well I think we all on this forum have photography as a big element in our life!

Everything else is trivia, sometimes even necessary trivia.

Edit: That's a very self centred reply.

The only real purpose of life is to procreate and produce the next generation. In that sense, I've failed utterly.

Procreate - I've done too much of that in terms of our planet but I think the world will clear us all out at some point and be better for it.

Have fun, make the most of your family and learn as much as you can. The world is a richer place when you embrace it.

Work might seem important to you but in the greater scheme of things it's daft. 50 years of our lives spent working with 5 weeks or so off per year to do the things that really matter.

We somehow cocked that up as a species.
